Job summary

IWAREHOUSE CORPORATION in Negros Occidental seeks a Sales Technician to provide technical support while promoting and selling laptops, computers, mobile devices, and related products. You will demonstrate product features and help customers choose solutions that meet their needs.

You will perform basic troubleshooting, installation, software setup, and device configuration, and coordinate warranties and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor or diploma in IT-related field; vocational graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and customer-service skills with selling ability.
Able to explain technical information clearly.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
Experience in computer repair or retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting laptops, computers, mobile devices, and accessories.
Demonstrate product features and provide technical explanations.
Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, software setup, and device configuration.
Conduct product diagnostics and recommend appropriate solutions.
Process sales transactions and ensure accurate product documentation.
Promote warranties, accessories, and other value-added products and services.
Coordinate repairs, warranty concerns, and RMA requests when necessary.
Maintain product displays and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch sales goals.
Keep up to date with new products, technologies, and company promotions.
