Job summary

IWAREHOUSE CORPORATION in Negros Occidental seeks a Sales Technician to provide technical support while promoting and selling laptops, computers, mobile devices, and related products. You will demonstrate product features and help customers choose solutions that meet their needs.

You will perform basic troubleshooting, installation, software setup, and device configuration, and coordinate warranties and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in IT-related field; vocational graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills with selling ability.
• Able to explain technical information clearly.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Experience in computer repair or retail sales preferred.
