Job summary

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or related field; vocational graduates with experience encouraged.
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Able to explain technical information clearly and simply.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and assigned schedules.
• Experience in computer repair, technical support, or retail sales is preferred.
