Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related; vocational with experience ok.
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Able to explain technical information clearly.
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting laptops, computers, mobile devices, and accessories.
• Demonstrate product features and provide technical explanations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, software setup, and device configuration.
• Conduct product diagnostics and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Process sales transactions and ensure accurate product documentation.
• Promote warranties, accessories, and other value-added products and services.
• Coordinate repairs, warranty concerns, and RMA requests when necessary.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch sales goals.
• Keep up to date with new products, technologies, and company promotions.
