Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or related field; vocational graduates with experience encouraged.
Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and troubleshooting.
Good communication, customer service, and selling skills.
Able to explain technical information clearly and simply.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and assigned schedules.
Experience in computer repair, technical support, or retail sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting laptops, computers, mobile devices, and accessories.
Demonstrate product features and provide technical explanations.
Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, software setup, and device configuration.
Conduct product diagnostics and recommend appropriate solutions.
Process sales transactions and ensure accurate product documentation.
Promote warranties, accessories, and other value-added products and services.
Coordinate repairs, warranty concerns, and RMA requests when necessary.
Maintain product displays and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch sales goals.
Keep up to date with new products, technologies, and company promotions.
