Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer support or customer service experience.
• Phone-based customer service experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining high standards.
• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth.
• Backup desktop or laptop with latest OS.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Provide empathetic, professional support and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot problems by identifying root causes and solutions.
• Prioritize and escalate tickets to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and use Zendesk.
• Meet or exceed individual performance targets in customer support.
• Participate in meetings and follow company policies.
