Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader (Technical Trainer) in Quezon City for 100% onsite work. You will design and expand training programs aligned with product methods, delivering end-user, partner, and enterprise prep trainings across IT and network domains.

You will develop technical content, maintain documentation, and lead induction programs for advanced engineering roles while promoting security best practices and AI-enabled learning. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in training or teaching
• Solid understanding of conferencing fundamentals (AV routing, screen sharing, permissions)
• Knowledge of in-app generative AI features (transcriptions, summaries, translations)
• Proven track record creating training assets (slides, guides, videos, KB)
• IT systems/equipment installation, configuration, maintenance
• Call center IT requirements for training support
• Strong technical writing ability to document problems/solutions
• Excellent time and project management
• Fluent English in written and spoken form
• Energetic, creative, engaging communicator

Responsibilities

• Set standards and expectations through conduct and work ethic
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training incl. curriculum and exams
• Deliver technical preparatory training for support and desktop staff
• Complete projects and motivate trainees
• Continuously improve training programs and enablement opportunities
• Revise training programs with product development to reduce cycle time
• Develop and maintain training documentation and knowledge base
• Induction programs for Sr. Network/Systems Administrators to streamline onboarding
• Monitor trainee progress and ensure training compliance
• Research and present new technologies and workplace learning methods
• Ensure adherence to company Code of Conduct
