Job summary

PCWORX IT Solutions seeks a Learning and Development Supervisor to join the HR and Training & Development team. This full-time role at our Cubao, Quezon City office focuses on designing, implementing, and managing training programmes to develop our workforce.

You will identify training needs, develop learning strategies, and ensure delivery across the organisation. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in training, strong adult-learning knowledge, and LMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 3–5 years in training and development or HR.
• Experience designing and delivering programmes for diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and training methods.
• Experience with LMS and training software platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs across departments and levels.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programmes aligned to business goals.
• Manage training schedules, resources, and logistics.
• Deliver engaging sessions, workshops, and coaching across technical and soft skills.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and metrics.
• Maintain training records and produce activity reports.
• Stay current with L&D best practices and trends.
• Collaborate with managers to align training with succession planning.
• Manage training budget and vendor partnerships.
• Mentor junior staff and develop learning materials.
