Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to lead instructional design across campaigns, focusing on learning analytics and learner-centered solutions. You will design and deliver self-paced and instructor-led programs that scale with our rapidly growing teams in the Philippines and beyond.

Collaborating with Multimedia, Content, and LMS teams, you will analyze needs, define objectives, and build curricula, storyboards, and scripts to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional design services for new campaign/LOB launches.
• Collaborate with OD, PST, and operations to address performance gaps.
• Analyze learning needs using audience, context, content, and performance data.
• Write storyboards/scripts for e-learning content.
