Job summary

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a Team Leader – System Admin in Manila. You will lead a diverse IT team, manage Windows and Linux domains, and oversee virtualization with VMware ESXi/vCenter. The role includes cloud management (AWS/Azure), Microsoft 365 administration, and developing robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate IT infrastructure projects, ensure security/compliance, and maintain thorough documentation for reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows and Linux domain environments.
• Familiarity with VMware ESXi/vCenter virtualization.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities in IT teams.
• Focus on security, compliance, backups, and DR planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of system administrators.
• Administer Windows and Linux domain environments, ensuring security and stability.
• Oversee VMware ESXi/vCenter operations and cloud integrations (AWS/Azure).
• Manage Microsoft 365, backups, DR plans, and IT project delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and document IT processes and reports.
