Job summary

Virtual Technologies Group (VTG) is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join our Managed Services team in Manila. You will manage infrastructure across client environments, working with Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and cloud‑integrated systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years IT hands-on experience, experience with Windows Server, GPO, and strong problem solving. We value independent workers who stay curious and continuously improve IT operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on IT experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or MSP support roles.
• Demonstrated career progression or long‑term growth within a single organization
• Experience deploying, configuring, and managing Windows Server environments.
• Experience with GPO creation, management, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with Linux administration.
• Ability to document environments, follow change management processes, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in fast‑paced MSP environments.
• Hypervisor deployment and management.
