Job summary

REALPAGE (PHILIPPINES), INC. in Manila is seeking a Team Leader II to drive end-to-end Document Management operations for RealPage solutions, ensuring data transfers, configurations, and timely activations while meeting SLAs.

You will coach a team, manage backlog, monitor quality, and coordinate with US counterparts; the role requires 2+ years' leadership in customer service/ops and willingness to work night shift in a hybrid on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years in customer service operations team leadership or similar.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work night shift and hybrid on-site arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Document Management operations to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Contribute to implementation and configuration tasks and guide the team to ensure 50% own work.
• Monitor backlog health, perform QA, and update on risks and status regularly.
• Coordinate with US counterparts and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Coach and develop team members, manage performance, and support hiring and onboarding.
