Job summary

RealPage Philippines, Inc. seeks an Implementation Consultant I to support customer implementations with foundational execution, accurate setup, backlog hygiene, and timely communication under guidance from senior teammates.

You will manage small-to-midscale implementations, complete site setup using templates, coordinate inputs, and collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving forward, delivering a professional customer experience throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in software, SaaS, real estate, or customer-facing environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage low-complexity implementations for small to midsize customers under established standards.
• Complete site setup and configuration tasks using templates and documented business rules.
• Coordinate customer deliverables, gather inputs, and track milestones for on-time completion.
• Partner with internal teams such as conversion, training, and support to keep implementations moving forward.
• Maintain accurate project notes, forecasted activation dates, and backlog updates weekly.
• Provide timely status updates and raise blockers or risks to leadership.
• Support testing, validation, and customer readiness activities prior to activation.
• Deliver a professional customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
