Job summary

REALPAGE (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a Team Leader III to head a Platform Administrators team responsible for configuring and administering Managed Services for Institutional clients. The role coordinates Salesforce intake, drives process adherence, and delivers data-driven updates to US leadership.

The ideal candidate will guide staff, manage capacity, and ensure quality across the delivery lifecycle while collaborating with other delivery teams for customer value realization.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Finance or Business-related course with strong business acumen.
• With at least 3 years of leadership experience managing projects and teams.
• Proven leadership abilities to lead projects and teams successfully.
• Property management knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with RealPage products, SharePoint and Salesforce.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Platform Administrators in PH and manage day-to-day operations to meet SLAs.
• Train, mentor and provide guidance for staff members.
• Collaborate across the Delivery organization for teambuilding and growth.
• Manage capacity planning for the Philippines team.
• Oversee Managed Services Salesforce queues and service levels for Institutional clients.
• Provide reporting and data presentation to US leadership; coordinate with domestic managers.
