Henkel is seeking a Team Lead for Customer Service Support (SAP Order Entry) based in Makati. The role combines team leadership with cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain and Operations in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will drive performance, manage resources, and lead process improvements while ensuring high-quality customer service and strong stakeholder relationships. Hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years experience in SAP Order Entry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer-service mindset.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service Support team and integrate succession planning.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement with Supply Chain and Operations.
• Plan resources and balance workload to meet business demands.
• Lead cross-functional projects, process transfers and audits.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
