- Experience with system integration, data migration, and testing processes.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
- Experience in client interaction and team collaboration.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems or SaaS solutions.
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience with ERP integration tools and platforms.
- Experience with project management certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with advanced certification in ERP solutions.

The ERP Team Lead Consultant is responsible for overseeing the implementation and configuration of ERP solutions across client projects. This role involves leading a team of consultants, ensuring the successful deployment of ERP systems, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
