Job summary

Ultra Manpower Solutions Corporation seeks an Odoo Functional Consultant to drive ERP implementations from kickoff to go-live and post-implementation support.

You will translate business processes into ERP solutions, coordinate workshops, UAT, and client trainings while ensuring on-time delivery and high client satisfaction. Travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of ERP implementation or digital transformation experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from kickoff through Go-Live.
• Develop project schedules and milestones.
• Conduct regular client meetings and update stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, issues, and change requests.
• Gather requirements via workshops and analyze workflows.
• Map business processes to ERP modules and prepare FRDs.
• Coordinate meetings, UAT, demos, and project updates.
• Work with consultants to implement CRM, Sales, Inventory, and more.
• Prepare test scenarios and validate project completion.
• Coordinate end-user training and promote best practices.

Odoo Functional Consultant - Implementing ERP System

About the role

The Odoo Project Manager is responsible for leading ERP implementation projects from project kickoff through successful client go-live and post-implementation support. This position serves as the technical implementation team by translating business processes into ERP solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from project initiation through Go-Live
• Develop implementation schedules and project milestones
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients
• Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests
• Gather client requirements through discovery workshops and analyze existing business workflows
• Map business processes into Odoo modules and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Process Flow diagrams
• Act as the primary project contact throughout implementation and coordinate meetings, demonstrations, UAT, and project updates
• Work with technical consultants to implement modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Projects, Helpdesk, HR, and Field Service
• Prepare test scenarios, coordinate UAT sessions, and validate project completion before Go-Live
• Coordinate end-user training and ensure users understand standard workflows, reports, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years of ERP implementation or digital transformation experience
• Experience implementing one or more of: Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Acumatica, ERPNext, or Sage ERP
• Technical skills in ERP Implementation Methodology, Business Process Mapping, Requirements Gathering, Project Documentation, User Acceptance Testing, Basic SQL understanding, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Responsible and trustworthy with strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
• Calm under pressure with self-driven and proactive attitude
• Comfortable leading meetings and facilitating discussions
• Willing to travel to client sites within Metro Manila and nearby provinces
• Willing to conduct onsite business process workshops and occasionally work beyond office hours during Go-Live activities
