Job summary

Infor Inc. in Manila seeks an experienced Team Lead, Consulting to oversee ERP implementations and mentor a team of consultants across client projects.

You will lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into effective configurations, coordinate testing and data migration, and ensure on-time delivery of ERP solutions for finance, supply chain, HR and manufacturing modules, while aligning with client objectives and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP implementation projects and managing project teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and modules (finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing).
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system configurations.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and testing processes.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
• Experience in client interaction and team collaboration.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems or SaaS solutions.
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience with ERP integration tools and platforms.
• Experience with project management certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with advanced certification in ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of consultants during ERP implementation projects.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of ERP systems to meet client needs.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure software configurations align with client requirements.
• Provide training to key users and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
