Qualifications
- Experience with ERP implementations or IT projects.
- Experience gathering requirements and providing support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and system configurations.
- Experience in business processes related to the consultant's area of expertise (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain)
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing challenges, and proposing solutions
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering business benefits to clients
- Participate in full lifecycle client-facing implementation projects related to Infor applications
- Lead information gathering and design processes, including developing functional business requirements and solution scope documents
- Configure client business solutions
- Develop and execute test plans for software configurations
- Provide training to key and end users
- Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice
