A staffing and consulting firm based in Taguig is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to lead process analysis and system design across functional areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ERP platforms, project management, and process optimization. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, developing detailed process documentation, and managing ERP-related initiatives. A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Oracle.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process analysis and ERP system design across functional areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process analysis and ERP system design across functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify inefficiencies, and propose scalable solutions
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and SOPs
• Identify process bottlenecks, pain points, and system gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities
• Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Manage ERP-related initiatives, including timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Conduct impact assessments and change management activities
• Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously seek opportunities for optimization
