TeleDial Call Center Incorporated in Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines is seeking an experienced Team Leader to head a B2B/Enterprise Outbound Sales team handling business and enterprise accounts. The role is onsite with a night shift, Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM–9:00 AM PH Time.

Compensation includes PHP 50,000–70,000 base monthly, uncapped commission up to PHP 100,000, a PHP 50,000 signing bonus, PHP 20,000 referral bonus, HMO, cash-convertible leave credits, and career growth opportunities through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Team Leader experience in B2B/Enterprise Outbound Sales with end-to-end closing.
• 1+ year of B2B cold-calling experience as a Team Leader.
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, negotiation, and direct sales closing.
• Experience handling business, corporate, or enterprise accounts.
• Experience in Telecommunications, Internet/Broadband, VoIP, Wireless/Mobility, Technology, SaaS, Cloud, or Business Internet Services.
• Proven ability to coach sales teams and drive revenue performance.
• Experience with Big Lines / large-volume accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop B2B Outbound Sales Representatives
• Drive prospecting, cold calling, qualification, negotiation, and end-to-end closing
• Manage sales targets, KPIs, conversion, pipeline, forecasts, and revenue
• Coach teams on objection handling, sales performance, and closing
• Support high-value and Big Lines / large-volume opportunities
• Conduct call reviews, one-on-ones, and performance coaching
