Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Account Manager (Team Lead) in Parañaque for a hybrid setup. You will oversee client operations, lead a team, and drive delivery quality across departments.

The role requires coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet KPIs and ensure smooth operation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in team leadership, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years leading a team or supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide customer service.
• Willing to cover additional shifts as needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client on offshore team status.
• Set and monitor KPIs per client or MS guidelines.
• Supervise team performance and coach when needed.
• Track attendance and adherence to schedules.
• Implement client policies and deadlines.
• Handle staff inquiries and operational support.
• Prepare management reports and operational updates.
• Assist in client operation setup and growth.
