Aufgaben

• Deliver the premium and commission budget for the assigned team or unit within operating expense limits.
• Maintain an active, healthy pipeline of accounts with identified opportunities from new or existing clients.
• Maximize business relationships with bank counterparts and clients by assessing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Grow the existing business portfolio through new business and organic growth.
• Lead negotiations with insurance companies and other units for optimal terms and conditions for clients.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations units to service client concerns.

Business Development and Account Maintenance

• Responsible to deliver the premium and commission budget for his or her assigned team or unit while keeping within the operating expense budget.
• Responsible to maintain an active healthy pipeline if accounts, comprised of identified business opportunities from new or existing clients.
• Maximize the business relationship with bank counterparts and clients by assessing accounts and identifying opportunities
• for new business and organic growth and grow the existing business portfolio.

Account Administration

• Lead in negotiations with insurance companies and other units for the most appropriate terms and conditions to suit the needs of the client.
• Lead the collective effort of marketing and operations units in servicing client concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder of any business course
• At least 8-10 years experience in account management, preferably Unit/ Branch Head or Account/Sales Manager in a non-life insurance company, brokerage, or agency
• Strategic thinking and has negotiation skills
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Has extensive knowledge in business operations
• Must be willing to work on-site in Head Offices located in Ortigas and/or Makati
