Job summary

Qualifications

8-10 years of account management experience, preferably in unit/branch head or account/sales manager in a non-life insurance company, brokerage, or agency.
Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver the premium and commission budget for the assigned team or unit while keeping within the operating expense budget.
Maintain an active healthy pipeline of accounts, comprised of identified business opportunities from new or existing clients.
Maximize the business relationship with bank counterparts and clients by assessing accounts and identifying opportunities for new business and organic growth.
Lead in negotiations with insurance companies and other units for the most appropriate terms and conditions to suit the needs of the client.
