Cobden & Carter International seeks a Branch Head to lead operations and drive sales across Bancassurance, Agency, Brokers, and partnerships in Davao City.

You will build a high-performing team, ensure compliance, manage budget, monitor performance, and enhance customer experience. This onsite role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of leadership in insurance or financial services, with strong communication, budgeting, and risk-management skills.

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in branch management, insurance, or financial services.
• Background in general/non-life insurance products, sales processes, and distribution channels.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing sales teams.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational management.

Responsabilités

• Reports to the Regional/Business Head and leads branch management to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of business objectives.
• Develops and executes strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets across all distribution channels.
• Recruits, trains, and manages a high-performing sales and operations team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Builds relationships with intermediaries, agents, brokers, and key clients to support acquisition and retention.
• Monitors branch performance, financial results, and productivity metrics; implements corrective actions for profitability.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and legal requirements.
• Oversees risk management, including controls, security, and incident reporting.
• Drives customer experience initiatives and service improvements.
• Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and provide insights for business development.
• Prepares and manages branch budget, financial reports, and operational plans.
• Supports staff learning through coaching, performance reviews, and targeted training.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, business growth, team development, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• 3-5 years of leadership (supervisory or managerial) experience in branch management, insurance, or financial services.
• Background or knowledge of general/non-life insurance products, sales processes, and distribution channels.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing sales teams.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational management.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management tools.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
