Job summary

CGP Personnel is seeking Call Centre Agents on a contract basis until December 2026 to handle taxpayers’ queries across multiple tax types via Helpline, Live Chat, or Walk-ins.

You will promote e-Services and chatbot usage and guide taxpayers through e-Filing steps, providing guidance on filing and payment obligations. The role offers a structured training period and a standard work schedule.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level or Diploma and above.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable handling high call or chat volumes.
• Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Address taxpayers' tax queries across various tax types via Helpline, Live Chat, or Walk-ins.
• Promote and encourage taxpayers to use available e-Services and chatbot.
• Guide taxpayers through step by step e-Filing procedures and advise on filing and payment obligations.
