Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking candidates for a customer service role based in Newton, offering Mon-Fri office hours and an hourly salary.

The position involves addressing taxpayers’ queries via Helpline, Live chat or Walk-ins, promoting e-Services and chatbot, and guiding users through e-Filing procedures with practical advice. Duration is mid Sep 26 – mid Dec 2026, with training provided.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level or higher is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• No tax experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to commit to the entire period (Mid Sep 26 - Mid Dec 2026).

Responsibilities

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on various tax types via Helpline, Live chat or Walk-ins.
• Promote and nudge taxpayers to use e-Services and chatbot.
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advice on their filing and payment obligations.
