Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a customer service associate to assist customers with tax service inquiries, appointments, account questions, and billing concerns. You will provide accurate information and resolve issues in a professional manner, while guiding customers through basic online tax service navigation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School.
• With six months call center experience required.
• Amenable to work on site.
