Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for a role based in Newton to address taxpayers’ tax queries via Helpline, Live chat or Walk-ins.

You will promote and nudge taxpayers towards the e-Services and chatbot, and guide them through step-by-step e-Filing procedures, ensuring compliance with filing and payment obligations. GCE A Level and above, strong communication skills, and willingness to commit to the entire period are required. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level or higher required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tax or customer service experience preferred but training provided.
• Must be able to commit to the entire period.

Responsibilities

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries via Helpline, Live chat, or Walk-ins.
• Promote and nudge taxpayers towards our e-Services and chatbot.
• Guide taxpayers on step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advice on filing and payment obligations.
