Job summary

PERSOL is recruiting a tax support agent for a short-term assignment at the Novena MRT area. Working hours are Mon-Fri during office hours, with a compensation of $15.95 per hour. The contract runs from late September 2026 through mid-December 2026, located at Novena MRT.

The role involves addressing taxpayers’ tax queries, promoting e-Services and the chatbot, and guiding users through e-Filing procedures and obligations. Training is provided for those without tax or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level or higher is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• No prior tax or customer service experience required—training provided.
• Commitment to the full period with no extended holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer taxpayers’ queries on tax types via Helpline, Live chat or Walk-ins.
• Promote and nudge taxpayers to use e-Services and chatbot.
• Guide taxpayers on step-by-step e-Filing procedures and advise on filing and payment obligations.
