CITADEL PACIFIC, LTD. - ROHQ is seeking a Tax and Compliance Manager to lead tax compliance, planning, advisory, and audit activities in the Philippines. The role focuses on timely filings, strategic tax guidance, and stakeholder collaboration across Finance, Legal, HR, and Procurement.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA certification, 8–10 years in tax, including 3 years in management, and strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR processes. International tax exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA is required and must be current
• 8–10 years of tax compliance and advisory experience, including 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR processes, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience handling tax audits, assessments, and government compliance matters
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management能力
• International tax exposure is an advantage
• Proficiency with tax systems, reporting tools, and related technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's tax compliance, reporting, and advisory functions
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns and statutory requirements
• Manage tax audits, investigations, disputes, and correspondence with government agencies
• Provide tax advice on business transactions, investments, contracts, restructurings, and incentives
• Review tax implications of major business initiatives and recommend tax treatments
• Lead tax planning, savings initiatives, process improvements, and automation projects
• Manage tax provisions and support financial reporting requirements
• Coach and lead the tax team while partnering with Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, and other stakeholders
