This role demands strong leadership to guide the compliance team and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all filings.

The ideal candidate has a background in corporate tax, audits, and regulatory reporting, with a proactive approach to stay updated on tax law changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of tax compliance experience, including at least 1-2 years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and statutory reporting.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
