CITADEL Pacific Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Tax and Compliance Manager to lead the group’s tax function, ensure timely filings, and partner with the Tax Director and Finance leaders. This role demands a CPA with 8–10 years in tax compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

You will liaison with government agencies (BIR, BOI, PEZA) and manage audits, tax provision, and strategic planning across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 8–10 years in tax compliance and BIR matters.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group's tax function including compliance, advisory, audits, and planning.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of national and local tax returns and schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison with government agencies (BIR, BOI, PEZA, etc.) and manage audits and disputes.
• Manage the tax provision process and assist financial reporting with current and deferred tax calculations.
• Provide strategic tax advice on transactions, restructurings, incentives, and operations.
• Lead tax-related projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Develop and coach the tax team, collaborating with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and HR.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by Tax Director.
