Job summary

AMS is seeking a Principal – Talent Sourcing to drive proactive recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with recruiters and talent intelligence to shape sourcing approaches and deliver high-caliber candidates.

You will lead on candidate engagement, build client relationships, and mentor junior sourcers while ensuring a superior candidate experience across complex searches in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing and/or recruiting.
• Proven expertise in identifying and engaging passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Good to have experience sourcing for commercial roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Trusted Adviser to Recruiters and clients, shaping sourcing strategies.
• Partner with experts in sourcing and talent intelligence to influence hiring outcomes.
• Demonstrate tact in conversations with client stakeholders and propose solutions.
• Attract, source & engage high calibre talent.
• Review and post compelling job adverts to amplify client brand and attract candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies leveraging AMS network and channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Build lasting candidate relationships and maintain a positive candidate experience.
