Job summary

IntouchCX in the Philippines is seeking a recruiter to support our BPO hiring. You will interact with applicants, respond to inquiries, manage submissions, source candidates, and coordinate tests and interviews to meet recruiting needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in BPO recruitment, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and building relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 1 year in BPO recruitment/sourcing.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and timely.
• Able to interact and build relationships with employees at all levels.
• Creative and resourceful in sourcing candidates.
• Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns through our social media and various other platforms
• Process and track applicant job submissions
• Source and generate candidate leads to ensure current hiring requirements are obtained
• Manage sourcing channels: online, referral programs, external events and vendor management
• Create strategies to meet partner requirements
• Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
• Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
• Participate in job fairs & hiring events
• Create and host various promos and activities
• Promote recruiting using job portals, social media and other various tools
• Build relationships with internal employees
