Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking an Offshore Recruiter to source top candidates for our partners, support onboarding, and help ensure a smooth orientation for new hires.

As part of the role, you will partner with Recruiting Managers, interview candidates, administer tests, and manage submissions. You will also update trackers and build cross-functional relationships to help onboarding run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Six months of BPO experience in inbound customer service or equivalent experience.
• Combination of work experience and education acceptable.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs.

As Offshore Recruiter, You Will…

• Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs

• Build relationships with internal employees
• Ensure orientation and onboarding process runs smoothly

• Overcome hesitations to persuade highly desirable candidates to consider the job
• Update all recruitment related trackers

As Offshore Recruiter, You Have…

• A Bachelors/College Degree in any field
• At least six months BPO experience in inbound customer service
• Combination of work experience and education are also acceptable
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• A love for interacting with diverse groups of people
• Extreme organization skills and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Responsible, disciplined, and highly organized working traits
• Ability to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong internet connection (20mpbs download)
• Willingness to work onsite if necessary (Internet issues, Power Outage, etc.)
• A dedicated distraction-free workspace at home
• Willingness to work a graveyard shift
• Willingness to work in Cubao
• Ability to start ASAP
