• At least six months BPO experience in inbound customer service.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs.
• Interact with applicants and respond to initial inquiries.
• Process and track applicant job submissions.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit for the position.
• Conduct and request tests needed for hiring.
• Build relationships with internal employees.
• Ensure orientation and onboarding process runs smoothly.
• Use job portals to research potential candidates.
• Overcome hesitations to persuade highly desirable candidates to consider the job.
• Update all recruitment related trackers.
