Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree, have at least six months of inbound BPO experience, strong English communication, and excellent organization.

• A Bachelors/College Degree in any field
• At least six months BPO experience in inbound customer service

• Extreme organization skills and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions
