VirtualStaff365 seeks a professional, empathetic Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to overseas clients from a home-based setup. You will handle inquiries across voice, live chat, and email/ticketing while aiming for first-contact resolution.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in customer service or remote support, proficiency with CRM/ticketing tools, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in customer service, call center, or remote support.
Experience handling omni-channel support (voice, chat, email/ticketing).
Proven CSAT, QA scores, and ticket-volume performance.
Proficient with CRM and ticketing systems and cloud telephony software.
Familiar with team collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace).
Excellent English (verbal and written) with neutral accent and empathy.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills for unsupervised WFH.

We are searching for a professional, empathetic Customer Service Representative who possesses:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service, call center, or remote support role.
Proven hands-on experience handling omni-channel support environments across voice (inbound/outbound), live chat, and email/ticketing channels.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including CSAT, QA scores, and ticket volume.
Intermediate proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, HubSpot) and cloud telephony/VoIP software (e.g., RingCentral, Aircall, Talkdesk).
Familiarity with team collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Advanced verbal and written English communication skills, characterized by a neutral accent, articulate pronunciation, active listening, and an empathetic tone.
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve issues, de-escalate frustrated customers, and achieve first-contact resolution.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tools, databases, and chat windows simultaneously in an unsupervised work-from-home environment.
