Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator for a hybrid, day-shift role at the Clark, Pampanga location. You will verify new hire documentation, maintain HR records, coordinate IT and facilities for onboarding, and support payroll or time-tracking as needed.

As the primary contact for new hires, you will guide them through the onboarding journey while ensuring compliance and data accuracy across HR systems. MicroSourcing champions diversity and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Verify new hire documentation, including employment contracts, background checks, work authorization, and required certifications.
• Input and maintain employee records in the HR database, ensuring all expiration dates, compliance tags, and personal details are accurately tracked.
• Conduct routine audits of new starter files to ensure full compliance with internal standards and operational guidelines.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to ensure equipment, access, and orientation schedules are prepared prior to start dates.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and HR databases as the central source of truth for hiring updates.
• Monitor expiring licenses and certifications, proactively contacting employees to request updated documentation.
• Process employee off-boarding steps and administrative exits in accordance with company policy.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance throughout their onboarding journey.
• Assist with basic reporting, cross-departmental administrative requests, and occasional payroll or time-tracking support.
• Cross-train team members on onboarding procedures and step in to cover duties during peak periods or team leave.
