MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Clark, Pampanga on a hybrid day shift. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, short-list, and schedule interviews to help build a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups etc.)
• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licences, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability etc.)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
• Timesheet follow-ups
• Bulk sms/ email campaigns for high-volume roles
