You will manage onboarding activities for labour hire workers, coordinate contracts, inductions, and work rights, and ensure timely audits and document renewal through JobAdder.

You will maintain accurate onboarding records, support payroll-related tasks, and train teammates as needed while collaborating with recruitment teams and end-clients to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding processes and labour hire audits.
• Ability to review onboarding documents and ensure compliance timelines.
• Familiarity with timesheet and payroll support tasks.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate onboarding records and portals.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding activities for labour hire workers and arrange contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding requests and inductions, ensuring work rights and qualifications.
• Maintain onboarding spreadsheet as the single source of truth for recruitment teams.
• Upload onboarding documents with expiry dates and flag issues to the team.
• Conduct detailed audits of new starter onboarding and collate responses.
• Review and renew expired documents via email and text messages in JobAdder.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
• Train teammates on role duties as required.
• Cover for team members during absences and update documents in JobAdder.
• Communicate with the team for clarifications; assist with timesheet reports and payroll.
