Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Coordinator in Ortigas, Pasig City. This hybrid, day-shift role focuses on HR operations, onboarding, payroll exposure, and admin tasks to support a dynamic team.

You will drive recruitment, performance management, LMS enrollment, and HR reporting, while upholding a collaborative culture and ensuring accuracy in documentation. Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in HR functions: recruitment, performance management, learning and development.
• Strong HR administration and people management skills.
• Exposure to payroll processes.
• Ability to interpret industrial agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, and HR software systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding support, including ads, screening, interviews, offers and orientation.
• Coordinate performance management processes and staff development.
• Enrolling staff in LMS and reporting on learning activities.
• Coordinate WHS activities and risk assessments.
• Assist in interpreting Industrial Agreements and producing HR reports.
• Maintain records for annual reviews and support policy implementation.
• Promote Carexcell's values and foster an inclusive team culture.
