Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to recruitment inquiries and applicant communications.
• Screen resumes and applications based on approved job requirements.
• Conduct initial applicant screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
• Facilitate the completion and monitoring of onboarding requirements to ensure a smooth employee onboarding experience.
• Maintain and update the Workforce Staffing and recruitment database.
• Follow up with hiring departments regarding manpower requisitions and recruitment status.
• Prepare and submit recruitment, onboarding, and hiring status reports.
