The role supports CMIP-wide people strategies, governance, and learning administration, with day-to-day activity run by the shared services org. Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field
• Essential: Training in talent management, organization development, learning needs analysis, facilitation, project coordination, HR analytics, and LMS administration
• Desired: Certification or formal training in OD, change management, coaching, instructional design, facilitation, HR business partnering, or learning platform administration

Responsibilities

• Provides manager-level support to translate business priorities into talent and organization development plans
• Oversees talent acquisition governance and stakeholder coordination
• Drives learning governance, deployment, and reporting; CMIP M-Learning Administrator responsibilities
• Coordinates talent reviews, development plans, and succession planning across CIC and MIB
• Leads capability-building initiatives and organization development interventions
• Ensures compliance with HR policies and data privacy in talent, OD, learning, and acquisition activities
