Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Organizational Development Head to steer the organization’s effectiveness, talent development, and culture-aligned initiatives. The role partners with senior leaders to strengthen capabilities and drive people-related transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing an OD strategy, leading succession planning, and shaping Learning & Development programs to close identified competency gaps and support business growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR strategy or related HR functions.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and people development initiatives.
• Experience in multi-site, fast-paced, retail, hospitality, FMCG, or similar operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an OD strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive initiatives on organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, talent development, and leadership development.
• Oversee performance management framework and processes.
