Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience focusing on compensation, benefits, or performance systems.
• Strong numerical and data analysis capabilities, expertise in market pricing, proficiency in HR software tools, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compensation and benefits design and governance.
• Manage performance management cycles and goal-setting frameworks.
• Integrate pay-for-performance with salary and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and pay equity standards.
• Analyze labor market data and manage HR systems and vendor relationships.
