You will coordinate with departments, verify SOPs, and prepare audit-ready reports while staying aligned with labor laws and company policies. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 3 years of payroll, compensation & benefits experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, payroll software, and government reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and applies compensation and benefits strategies that align with company goals and support employee attraction and retention.
• Mentor Department Officer to strengthen skills in Compensation & Benefits.
• Verifies compensation and benefits SOPs are clear to DO.
• Leads coordination with other departments to support hiring and retention goals.
• Prepares reports for audits and compliance purposes and ensures data accuracy.
