Support Talent Acquisition’s market intelligence by turning data into insights on talent supply, hiring difficulty, competitor practices and labor market trends.
Conduct market scans and competitive benchmarking for priority and niche roles.
Translate findings into reports, dashboards, recommendations, and scenario-based guidance to support sourcing and workforce decisions.
Partner with TA and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of market intelligence and maintain quality checks.
