Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines is seeking a market intelligence professional to empower Talent Acquisition with data-driven insights into talent supply, hiring difficulty, and labor market trends.

You will build reports and dashboards, benchmark competitors, and collaborate with TA and cross-functional teams to inform sourcing and workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in market research, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in workforce or labor-market research.
• Strong research, statistical, and trend-analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience with TalentNeuron and a background in BPO or staffing.
• College Graduate: Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Market Research are preferred, but not required.

Responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition’s market intelligence capability by leveraging internal and external data, technology, and market research tools to provide insights on talent supply, hiring difficulty, competitor practices, and labor market trends. Conducts market scans and competitive benchmarking for priority and niche roles and translates findings into reports, dashboards, recommendations, and scenario-based guidance to support sourcing, recruitment, and workforce decisions. Supports the execution of the TA market intelligence roadmap, including standardized research practices, tools, governance, and quality checks. Partners with TA, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to support the use and adoption of market intelligence and shares specialized knowledge with the TA team.
